But he would have to run as a Republican and would therefore need to get the Republican nomination. Running as an independent would be futile and would only ensure the reelection of Menendez. Dobbs is a conservative and would make a great candidate.Bottom line though is that Dobbs could have a much greater impact by remaining as a TV and radio commentator.
